Personal Information Collected
For this Privacy Policy, “personal information” shall mean individually identifiable information from or about an individual. We collect personal information when you access certain of the Site Offerings, complete the required information request form, and/or otherwise provide such information. Where a User attempts to utilize the Contact U.S. Services, that User may be required to submit, and the Company may collect, some or all of the following information:

- The User’s full name
- The User’s telephone number
- Any other information collected via the Contact Services form
Upon entering Contact Data and clicking on the applicable submission button on the Site: (i) you may be contacted by the Company and/or its affiliate attorneys. SMS Privacy Consent
By providing your mobile phone number, you consent to receive SMS messages from the Company. These messages may include offers to engage or retain service, updates on cases, reminders, etc.
Your Privacy Matters
- Data Collection: We collect and store your mobile number solely to send SMS communications as described above.
- Data Use: The Company will use your mobile number exclusively to send relevant SMS messages. We will not share your number with third parties without your explicit consent unless required by law.
- Opting Out: You can opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying “STOP” to any message we send you. Upon opting out, you will no longer receive SMS communications from us, and your mobile number will be removed from our SMS list.

We endeavor to safeguard and protect our Users’ personal information. When Users make personal information available to us, they are protected both online and offline (to the extent that we maintain any personal information offline). WE DO NOT COLLECT sensitive information (such as financial information, medical information, driver’s license/I.D. card number, health insurance information, data collected from an automated license plate recognition system, or Social Security Number). All of our User’s personal information is restricted in our office. Our employees who need User personal information to perform a specific job are granted access to User personal information. The servers on which we store User personal information are kept in a secure physical environment. We also have security measures to protect the loss, misuse, and alteration of personal information under our control.

Please be advised that after you delete your personal information, residual copies may take a period before they are deleted from our active servers and may remain in our backup systems.
